We built a massive 45x35' two-story pool cage featuring panoramic walls for an open and unobstructed view. The project started with the installation of sturdy 6x6" corner support posts, ensuring a strong foundation. Next, we installed 2x9' SMB aluminum beams, providing structural stability for the large enclosure. With the main framework in place, the pool cage began taking shape, creating a spacious and visually stunning outdoor space.
We continued by installing 2x3' and 2x8' aluminum beams for the roof trusses, ensuring a strong and durable structure. As part of the enclosure, we installed two 36x80' aluminum doors, securely connected with 2x2 beams for added stability. Next, we proceeded with the 20x20 SuperScreen installation on the walls, offering superior protection against no-see-ums while adding extra strength. For the roof, we used 18x16 screen mesh, allowing better water drainage while maintaining durability. With everything in place, the new two-story pool cage was ready to be enjoyed, providing both protection and an open, airy feel.
As always, we handled all permitting and engineering, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process for our client.
